    Inbound/Outbound Sales Agent

    Who are we looking for?

    We are looking for an inside sales person to create a pipeline of clients for our real estate team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about clients, sales and customer service and who is a true consultant while working with people. Working on our team, you will bring your dynamic personality, consultative spirit, highly motivated drive, and desire for excellence in all that you accomplish.
    You will work as a the outbound sales agent for our team. This is a very important position for our team, as it creates appointments and prospects for the real estate agents on our team.

    What will you do?

    Primary Objectives:

    • Maintain rigorous prospecting for new business opportunities
    • Achieve productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets
    • Consult with real estate agents to ensure the highest level of service for real estate transaction from initial contact through the listing agreements.

    Regular Work Activities:

    • Respond to inbound sales inquiries and outbound cold calling to covert leads to appointments
    • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections
    • Qualify leads to accurately convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics to real estate agent
    • Add to and maintain a qualified database of leads
    • Conduct market analysis to help establish property values for potential buyers and sellers
    • Database management to ensure processes run smoothly and there is rigorous lead follow-up
    • Accurately track and report productivity and sales metrics
    • Understand and internalize evolving real estate trends in local market
    • Understand and adhere to local, state and federal laws regarding real estate brokerage

Before I was a Realtor I was stuck with a job that I did not love and also dreaded going to everyday. I knew that it was not the career I wanted. That is when I started to think about my future and what to do. I have always had a interest in the real estate industry but I knew I did not have any sales skills so I was hesitant to move careers. I will say now it was the best move I've ever made. When I passed my exam and received my license I was on my own. It was a challenge in it self to learn everything from the beginning especially being by myself. I had almost given up because in 4 months I had not made a sale and it was discouraging. After a class that Joe Delia had taught I was intrigued about joining a team. My business went from a job that I disliked and only made 19,000 in a year to making close to 60k in my first year in real estate. I could have not done it without the Delia Group's teamwork, accountability , structure and everything else in between. The systems they put in place make you not only a great real estate agent but also a great business person.

Before I had joined The Delia Group, I was working part-time at a corporate organization making 1/6th of what I make now- I took the job hoping to work my way up the corporate ladder to get a full time position. Some of the top people in the company were only making $100,000 a year and had decades of experience and extended certifications. I worked there for two years and nothing became available that made sense for myself and my family and I was spending most of my pay driving to work every day. A friend had suggested real estate to me but told me that the way to go was to join a team, especially as a new agent. She heard that The Delia Group was hiring and put me in touch. My life has changed so much. I've been checking things of my vision board and our family is a lot more secure. The biggest piece that I am so appreciative of with this experience is I have very little limiting beliefs any more. I have no problem thinking BIG and the amount I want to grow within the company is up to me.

I have been apart of the Delia Group at Keller Williams for almost 5 months now. Now I'm not going to lie or sugar coat when I say that having the opportunity of joining this team was not necessarily easy. I quickly learned that this job does not work unless you do and you will not become successful unless you put the time and effort in. After three months of learning as much as I could, I realized I needed to step it up and push myself harder than I ever had. I decided to refocus myself, figure out my goals and work longer and harder to generate business and close deals. After having this mindset, I went from being at the bottom of the totem pole, to having the number one spot in pending sales on my team with over $20,000 in gross commission for the month. I have learned so much from being apart of this team, who have been nothing but helpful and willing to answer any and every question I have (which are many and endless). I've learned how to become comfortable with being uncomfortable and that if you put a lot of work into this job, it will pay off and you will see the benefits. I am extremely grateful for the opportunity The Delia Group has given me and love what I do and who I work with, which is extremely rare to find the combination!
